Description:

This introductory hands-on Emotional Freedom Techniques/EFT Tapping workshop, will give participants a taste of how using EFT can be beneficial for treating clients and personally for the provider.

It is for those interested in learning a technique that has been shown to help reduce stress and symptoms of anxiety, depression, physical and emotional pain, and post-traumatic stress.  EFT Tapping is currently used in Veterans Centers and Kaiser Permanente. For the therapist, EFT Tapping can bring increased joy and creativity into your practice.

Goals:

  •  Identify how EFT Tapping reduces stress
  •  Demonstrate using EFT Tapping with the “Personal Peace Procedure”
  •  Practice EFT Tapping with a demonstration
