Description of Practice
I offer compassionate, whole-person therapy to clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, and identities. I will meet you with warmth and deep listening, offer reflective questions and support you in expressing and processing thoughts and feelings. In service of building psychological flexibility and enriched understandings, we will engage in collaborative and creative explorations of your present and past experiences, and inner and outer worlds.
Working from a holistic perspective, I draw from existential/humanistic, gestalt, narrative, somatic and awareness practices, and other modalities in offering therapy that is supportive of deepened insight, integrative growth, relational healing, and individual client goals.
You may be seeking therapy to work through life changes, address pain, develop greater self-understanding, process loss and grief, resolve issues getting in the way of living fully, reclaim meaning in life, work or relationships, or to focus on a specific issue with skilled guidance.
