I work collaboratively on-line with individual, couples & adult families, specializing in Trauma Resolution &Thriving Relationships. I am Certified in Somatic Experiencing & Brainspotting. I welcome speaking with you via a free 15 min consultation.
Description of Practice
Do you desire to live a fluid, awake life in real time? A life less constrained by the past and by outdated defensive patterns? Whether you're seeking individual therapy for anxiety, depression, or trauma: i.e. childhood/developmental, sexual assault, overwhelming surgical procedure, or life-threatening accident or illness, or a couple's therapist who is engaged, passionate, and skilled to facilitate you to work through ruptures, challenging communication, betrayals, and stressors with parenting differences, I have devoted my adult life supporting healing.

My approach combines traditional psychotherapy with Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting trauma resolution, Gestalt, and Brennan Healing Science to provide a safe, welcoming, and accepting space for you to unwrap what is working in your life and what isn’t. There is room to discover and move through unconscious patterns, complete unresolved upset or overwhelm still held in your body, and make space inside of yourself for greater authenticity.

As a result of over thirty years of working in the field of counseling and body-centered healing, I am convinced that we all need allies in our lives.

I am a passionate ally for my clients as they address outdated patterns, make long lasting changes, and live more joyful, loving, embodied, and peaceful lives.

My practice is mostly telehealth, with in-person 1-2x/year.

Supervision Description
I now consult with licensed clinicians. I've taught group supervision at CIIS in the Somatics Dept. for 5 years, ran group supervision as Asst. Clinical Director at CIP in San Rafael, and was an individual supervisor for interns and for ten years.
