Short Description
I am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist . I am a "Marriage Friendly Therapist"...find out what that is! I also offer "Discernment Counseling" when one partner wants to divorce and the other does not.
Description of Practice
You may be seeking help for anything from upsetting communication patterns with your partner, to a deeply painful affair or addiction problem. I am trained extensively, EFT and Gottman models, and I have over 30 years of experience to guide the process to relationship health and fulfillment. I will be supportive to both of you for sure, but I will also challenge you. You will leave the first session with my feedback, recommendations and a plan. I am a Certified Gottman Couples therapist and I am a Pain Reprocessing Therapist as well (PRT). I have advanced training in couples therapy and a network of professional support for my practice. I think it is also important to ask the therapist if they are willing to work to save your marriage or if their stance is "neutral".
