Short Description
Somatic and Relational
Description of Practice
I use a somatic-relational approach informed by Formative Psychology, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I support adult individuals and couples, and older adolescents, with managing anxiety and panic, boundaries, life/relationship transitions, and c-ptsd (e.g. fawn response, people-pleasers, caretakers). I primarily support bisexual/queer, trans/non-binary/gender-expansive, and polyamorous populations, as well as parents, adult children of borderline mothers, and self-critical/perfectionistic women.
