I help Couples and Adults with life transitions, relationships, building self-worth, grief, loss and making meaning at any stage of life.
Description of Practice
I work with adults and couples navigating loneliness, grief, relationship challenges, sex and intimacy concerns, and the impact of past experiences. I use an integrative approach, selecting methods that fit each person, including trauma-informed care and EMDR, to support healing, self-understanding, and growth.
I care about offering an environment that feels genuinely welcoming, where you can show up as you are, explore what’s been hard, and build a stronger connection with yourself and others. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you develop insight, resilience, and clarity in the areas of life that matter most. I offer online therapy throughout California and in-person sessions in Sonoma.
