Description of Practice
I am a psychotherapist with ten years of experience helping people improve their relationships and create physical, emotional, and mental wellness. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adult individuals, as well as with couples and families. My work centers on creating safe, supportive relationships that enable my clients to heal and grow.

I've also worked extensively with people who've had a range of traumatic experiences (e.g., emotional, physical and sexual abuse, and neglect). enabling them to experience more satisfying relationships with themselves and others.
