Kaitlin specializes in supporting women, moms, and tween/teen girls navigating anxiety, OCD, late-diagnosed ADHD, perfectionism, stress, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Her warm, practical approach is grounded in modern CBT and integrates ACT, ERP, and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change. She offers in-person therapy in Marin and Petaluma, as well as virtual therapy throughout California.
