Description of Practice
My focus is on how the past is affecting right here right now. We use and cultivate a mindfulness practice to hone your ability to stay with what is happening in each and every moment, stay connected to your Self and therefore be able to make better decisions and to stay centered and grounded no matter what life throws you. We look at what is happening in your life right now to sort out how to unravel the hold that has on you so you can do things differently and heal so those patterns dissolve and loosen the grip they have on your life.
