Description of Practice
I employ a schema therapy-based approach for adults and couples supporting the idea that unresolved issues from childhood are at the root of communication issues, self-esteem problems, anger, depression, anxiety, and impulsivity. In addition, I work with patients who are experiencing gender identity issues, grief/loss, and post-traumatic stress.
