Description of Practice
My approach is informed by a Jungian depth orientation with a focus on building healthy and meaningful relationships, and may include dream work, guided imagery, and Sandplay. Because everyone is unique, our work takes shape according to your particular needs.The therapeutic process can help foster your innate strengths and resiliency while you explore your vulnerabilities and concerns. Together we help you build a greater understanding of yourself through transforming limiting patterns, fears, and beliefs. In this way, you become rooted in a life grounded in meaning, aliveness, and depth.

I am a faculty member of John F. Kennedy University in the Guided Imagery Certification (CE) department. My classes include: Trauma / PTSD; Insomnia / Pain; Somatic Imagery; Complex Grief; End of Life Issues.

I co-founded the non-profit, Sonoma Psycho-Oncology, which offers psychotherapy to individuals and their families involved with cancer treatment.
