Description of Practice
I offer classic psychotherapy in an office setting utilizing talk therapy as well as EMDR, CBT and sand tray work. In addition, I offer the unique and powerful treatment modality of Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy at my private space in Novato. EFP utilizes the emotional connection between horses and humans to heal issues of grief, loss, trauma etc.
