Description of Practice
Perinatal Support: The perinatal period can be filled with beauty, chaos, grief, and identity shifts. Whether you're trying to conceive, grieving a loss, or newly postpartum, I offer online therapy in California to help you hold it all — with safety, reflection, and care.

Divorce support for kids and teens: I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity formation, and family dynamics. Through online therapy, we explore their strengths and build a deeper sense of self — with no pressure to have it all figured out.

Grief/Loss/Life Transitions: Grief doesn't follow a timeline. This is a space where your loss is honored and you're supported in making meaning at your own pace. I provide virtual grief counseling to California-based clients who are navigating death, divorce, miscarriage, and identity change.
