Short Description
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with a sense of purpose and direction.
Description of Practice
I integrate several evidence-based frameworks into most sessions, tailoring them to each client’s goals and needs.

We work to manage intense emotions, strengthen relationships, and build effective coping skills. For those who tend to be highly controlled or emotionally reserved, we work to support greater openness, flexibility, and authentic connection. My goal is to help you build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and sustainable—without striving for perfection

For sleep difficulties, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a highly effective, drug-free treatment for sleep that addresses the thoughts and habits that interfere with restful sleep and helps reset healthy sleep patterns over time.

For couples, we use the time to reconnect and feel understood again. We get to the heart of what’s really happening emotionally, strengthen trust and closeness by creating a safer bond. Learn to feel more connected, understood, and secure, not by fixing each other, but by growing together.
