Short Description
Adult and Adolescent Individual and Family Therapist
Description of Practice
I have over 18 years of clinical experience practicing psychotherapy in a variety of settings. I have extensive training in DBT, psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies, and practice from a trauma-informed approach. My specialties include developmental trauma, complex PTSD, depression and anxiety, addiction, and ADHD. Currently, I am available for individual therapy via telehealth for adults and teens. I believe in authenticity and creativity in therapy, that the courage to be vulnerable can be critical for meaningful change, and that healthy boundaries are essential to growth.
