Description of Practice
I'm an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy trained therapist who helps young adults, 20 and 30 somethings learn to live in an uncertain world with confidence, clarity, and self-esteem. Anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt can get you stuck, but I can help you start moving forward again. I'm a clinically trained Acceptance and Commitment Therapy psychotherapist. I also provide a weekly parent group for moms and dads who want to guide their young adult children into a successful adulthood.
