Short Description
Alongside IFS, I draw from mindfulness-based therapy, somatic awareness, and attachment theory. This integrative approach supports both insight and embodiment, helping you understand your emotions and feel more present and at ease in your body.
Description of Practice
I approach both life and work with the belief that true well-being arises from relational harmony between body, psyche, and spirit. With this in mind, our work together will gently explore your unique experiences in a supportive space where growth, healing, and transformation can unfold naturally — a space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply known. I integrate body-based practices with talk therapy to support nervous system regulation and strengthen body-mind synchronicity. This approach fosters greater agency in responding to personal, social, and ecological stressors—helping you meet life with more resilience and presence.
