Description of Practice
I believe therapy should feel like a deep and rich conversation. I am not the type of therapist who only sits and listens. I support my clients in managing anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing; navigating burnout and compassion fatigue; reevaluating unwanted habits and ways of coping; building communication skills and setting boundaries to help relationships thrive; and getting unstuck to make big life decisions. Therapy can help you build the self-awareness and self-compassion it takes to make different choices that move you toward balance.

As a therapist, I draw on warmth, validation, compassion, empathy, and humor. I nurture my clients’ strengths and resilience. I'll support you through current struggles, navigating tough moments in your life, while also looking at deeper patterns that can add to suffering. We'll work toward honest emotional expression, growth, and holistic wellness.

It takes courage to start this process, so give yourself credit for landing here and taking the first step. Being vulnerable is not easy. I strive to provide a safe and accepting space for you to explore your experiences, even (and especially) those you feel you can't explore with anyone else. Let's connect and see how I can support you.
