Short Description
I specialize in working with chronic pain and illness. Treatment modalities include individual psychotherapy as well as workshops and groups.
Description of Practice
Chronic pain and illness can be life-altering experiences. In addition to dealing with physiological challenges in our bodies, many of us struggle to keep our lives active and fulfilling. Through my years of work and research, I have found the key component to well-being is understanding each client's strengths, goals and values. Working collaboratively, we can then build a pain or illness management program that helps you regain the life you want to lead.
