Description of Practice
I work with individuals and couples struggling with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, and parenting concerns. I also offer EMDR to clients dealing with past trauma. I work in a supportive and active style to provide both concrete tools for change as well as the necessary exploration of deeper issues which facilitate that change.
I use research-based, proven models of therapy and create a supportive space for you to understand your problems, heal from old traumas, and make the life changes you desire.
