COMMUNITY RESOURCES

WILDFIRE RESOURCES

While there is a current need for mental health services for those who have been affected by this disaster, it will undoubtedly continue

well into the future. Coordinating efforts through the Red Cross and the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership will make sure

that your help goes where it’s most needed. In addition, you may want to look into RECAMFT’s upcoming disaster response trainings:

Brief Disaster Response Training for Helping Professionals: Facilitating Recovery and Resilience for People Impacted by the

NorCal Wildfires, Doreen Van Leeuwen, LMFT, Advanced Critical Incidence Responder.  Thursday, October 19, 7-9 PM and again

Saturday, October 21, 8:30 AM at Church of the Incarnation, 550 Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa. Park in the garage at 571 7th Street,

between Mendocino Avenue and B Street. FREE, 2 CEUs.
