I offer therapy in nature in West Marin and from a cozy office in Noe Valley, and virtually for clients throughout CA for adults, couples and kids/teens.
Description of Practice
I love holding space for people to be with the pain and beauty of being alive, to explore and express who they are, how they want to love and be loved, how they want to live.

I orient towards curiosity and care, deep presence in the here and now, authentic contact, creative expression, wandering exploration, soulful embodiment, warm reflections, interconnectedness, integration, and awe. Depending on your interests and what emerges, sessions may incorporate parts work, somatics, expressive arts, dreamwork, movement and more.
