Dear Mental Health Professional Colleague,
Marin CAMFT will be holding its 29th Annual Professional Conference in San Rafael at the Four Points by Sheraton on March 13, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As with last year’s conference, program display advertising and table space for organizations, institutions, associates and colleagues to display materials of interest to the Marin CAMFT membership, Psychologist and other members of the mental health community that attend this annual, well known Bay Area professional conference is being offered.
All tables have access to electricity enabling conference participants to view videos, or PowerPoint presentations on a laptop computer, and you will have FREE access to the Hotel’s WiFi network; adding the option to display your website or other online marketing material.
Again this year’s conference will include a content rich (speakers notes and handouts included), full color, printed program with advertising space available for purchase.
Below is a listing of advertisement sizes and prices available. Also listed are “discount packages” — a combination of display advertising and table space.
Our event is quickly approaching; we encourage you to reserve your table space as soon as possible. The deadline for Program advertising and table space reservations is March 1st or until all space is reserved.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
FILE SUBMISSION DEADLINE – MARCH 1st
GUIDELINES
- All conference display ads must have final design approval prior to acceptance.
- Camera-ready ads should follow the specifications listed below and be
e-mailed to: firstlorien@yahoo.com.
- A notification of approval will be e-mailed.
- Hard copy of program display ad and payment should be mailed by
March 1st to:

SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONS
Acceptable File Formats*
- We accept a high resolution standard PDF, of at least 300 dpi, with fonts embedded. ARTWORK should be converted to CMYK before building advertisement.
- We also accept ads supplied in these two formats: InDesign and Photoshop. Please “package” and zip these files.
* PLEASE NOTE: Corel Draw and Microsoft Office files will not be accepted.
Color Space
- Use RICH BLACK: C=50 / M=40 / Y=50 / K=100.
- All files must use a CMYK color space.
- No spot colors should be used; these must be converted to process colors.
- If submitting InDesign or Photoshop files, no Color Management, ICC profiles or Lab Color should be used.
Images
- Images should be no less than 300 dpi.
- Images must be CMYK.
- Do not use duotones made using spot colors.

For $20, Marin CAMFT members will receive a FULL COLOR "Business Card" size ad. To take advantage of this affordable, promotional listing, simply follow these 2 simple steps:
1) Mail your BUSINESS CARD and a check for $20— by March 1st — to:

In addition, larger program advertising and exhibition display table spaces are also available. Exhibition tables are electrically equipped to accommodate laptop computers, monitors, and projectors, as well as FREE access to a WiFi network connection to display online marketing materials.
